We grow and pack every root together with the farming families of Pichanaki, in the Peruvian Amazon, and deliver it by the pallet across the United States from Philadelphia and Los Angeles, with consistent quality and full traceability.
ABOUT US
Añawi was born in 2014 with a simple idea: share the richness of Peru's land with the world while helping the people who farm it thrive. Our farms and packing station are in Pichanaki, Chanchamayo, where we work side by side with more than 45 smallholder farmers and a team of over 25 people.
We walk our own fields and our partners' fields all year round, caring for every step from planting to delivery.

You don't need a full container to work with us. Through Anawi USA LLC, we supply organic ginger by the pallet from Philadelphia on the East Coast and Los Angeles on the West Coast, so you can order exactly what your business needs.

OUR PROCESS

Our team of agronomic engineers advises and monitors our own farms and our partners' farms all year round, ensuring compliance with USDA Organic, GLOBALG.A.P. and GRASP standards.

At our own packing station, our production and quality teams wash, hand-select, dry and pack every root, inspecting each stage along the way. The facility is PrimusGFS certified.

Containers are loaded and sealed at our packing station and stay sealed until they arrive in the destination country. In the United States, Anawi USA LLC receives them and delivers by the pallet.

Farmers are paid in full before their harvest leaves our packing station.
