Who is responsible

This website belongs to the Añawi brand, operated by Anawi Export S.A.C. (RUC 20566232724, Peru) and Anawi USA LLC (United States). For any privacy question, write to contact@anawi.us.

What data we collect

When you use the quote form we receive your name, company, email, country, product of interest, estimated volume, preferred way of buying and your message. To prevent spam we also keep a one-way encrypted (hashed) version of your IP address, from which the address itself cannot be recovered. If you write to us on WhatsApp or by email, we receive the details you choose to share.

Why we use it

Only to answer your request, prepare quotes and manage the business relationship you ask for. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

With the Añawi company that will serve you (Anawi Export S.A.C. in Peru or Anawi USA LLC in the United States) and with the providers that host this website and our email (Hostinger and Microsoft). This may involve transferring your data to other countries.

How long we keep it

For as long as we need it to answer you and manage the business relationship, and for any period required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@anawi.us. These are your ARCO rights under Peruvian Law 29733. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection.

Cookies and third-party content

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The news panel uses a technical session cookie for administrators only. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and our institutional video loads from YouTube, in privacy-enhanced mode, only when you press play.
